Typically women take much longer than men to become aroused.
Non-sexual foreplay has the effect of making a woman feel desirable, attractive, appreciated, loved and so on.

Sexual foreplay increases the woman’s level of sexual excitement and this with or without penetration enables her to reach a plateau of sexual arousal.

Once she has reached this plateau further stimulation can trigger an orgasm. Following orgasm a woman, unlike a man, remains very aroused and further stimulation can trigger more orgasms.

Orgasmic plateau
Once a woman has reached her orgasmic plateau her level of arousal declines relatively slowly. In other words a woman can be stimulated 2 minutes, 10 minutes or 20 minutes or more after she has an orgasm, and have more orgasms. It’s a question of the man finding out which orgasmic triggers work for his woman.

As she gently simmers on the orgasmic plateau, he can fire off one orgasmic trigger after another. After each climax she’ll return to that plateau, ready to be stimulated once more, until she cries “stop!” or pleads for a rest from multi-orgasmic pleasure.

Orgasmic Triggers

No limit! A woman, if sufficiently stimulated can have 5, 6, 7, 8 or more climaxes over a period of 5 minutes or so, each with a definable peak and “rest / recovery period”. If a man fires off a continuing barrage of orgasmic triggers a woman may have a “continuous” multiple orgasm where she has one climax after another only a few seconds apart. With a period of lovemaking lasting 30 minutes or more women have the capability to have orgasms in double figures
